Bio
Hargun Mahal Mann is an artist born in India, currently residing in California with her husband and two kids. Her artistic expression stems from her experiences of living in Africa and India. Issues like migration, femininity, body and social interactions form the core of her explorations in art. In Africa, she learnt pottery on the wheel and hand built traditional African pots. Later, in the US, she focussed on finding her expressions in abstraction of form and figures. She has BFA and MFA degrees from Chandigarh College Of Fine Art , Punjab University in India.
